


Summer 2025 Rainbow Runners Thursday Night Program
Join us Thursday nights at the Shawsheen Track for six weeks.
Thursday evening sessions run July 10th- August 14th at the Shawsheen Track in Andover. This session will be 3 classes and 3 track meets. The runners will be automatically entered into our track meets on July 17, July 31, and August 14. Sessions will run 5-6pm and track meets will start at 6pm but would recommend you arrive early. These sessions are tailored to our more competitive runners and focus on run form and building the strength to improve their racing. We will keep it fun but also get the runners ready to race in our fun non-pressure family track events every other week.
We think everyone should be able to run with us. In that spirit, scholarships are available. Please contact Mary Beth Ellis marybeth.ellis@gmail.com for more information about our programs or our scholarships.
